Senior Art Director, Concept

Responsibilities

• Develop strong, brand-relevant ideas, concepts, and campaigns with compelling visual worlds
• Conceptualize and visually develop social-first campaigns and content formats
• Respond creatively to current trends, cultural moments, and platform mechanics
• Edit video content and collaborate on storytelling and motion elements
• Provide visual support for campaigns across social, OOH, digital, and moving images
• Collaborate closely with Strategy, Copy, Production, and Account Management
• Present creative ideas to clients and participate in workshops and pitches
• Drive the adoption of new AI techniques within the agency
• Perform creative quality control and mentor colleagues

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as an Art Director or Concept Creative
• Native-level German fluency is essential
• Exceptional skills in concept development, visual ideation, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with digital formats and social media content mechanics
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or content production is a plus
• Familiarity with common AI models and platforms
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an agency setting or in-house for major brands
• Skills in print, on-site activation, and events
