Responsibilities

• Lead in the development and execution of creative concepts that cater to client needs
• Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations
• Provide strong team leadership, guiding and inspiring designers throughout the creative process
• Review and provide constructive feedback on the team’s creative work
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines
• Ensure all deliverables maintain high standards and align with branding
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency
• At least 8 years as a Senior Art Director
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams
• Strong skills in typography, image manipulation, animation, and illustration
• Deep understanding of marketing design, layouts, and emerging digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UI/UX
• Experience designing websites or mobile apps
