Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute high-impact advertising content across multiple channels using traditional design and AI-powered tools
• Collaborate with GenAI Creators, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and Project Managers to craft campaigns
• Develop and refine concepts, storyboards, and moodboards leveraging GenAI tools
• Create assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform
• Oversee creative quality and consistency to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives
• Research and implement new GenAI tools to stay at the forefront of creative technology
• Guide presentations and pitch new creative approaches to clients

Requirements

• Experience in Art Direction or senior creative roles within an advertising agency or design studio
• Proven portfolio demonstrating both traditional and AI-assisted creative projects
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams including designers and motion artists
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Veo3
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation, prompt creation, and asset generation
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong retouching and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
