Senior Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and implement strategy across Full Price and Concessions stores in Ireland
• Support stores in achieving business plans through active coaching and measurement of key milestones
• Manage store layouts and merchandising to ensure alignment with business directives and commercial advantage
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll to ensure alignment with budgets and trading patterns
• Conduct regular store visits to drive service standards, housekeeping, and operational excellence
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial business decisions
• Utilize KPIs to drive channel profit and sales growth while proactively managing controllable expenses
• Lead and develop General and Store Managers to maintain high performance and brand standards

Requirements

• Senior commercial leadership experience within a successful retail business
• Proven experience managing multiple retail sites across a country or region
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
• Ability to travel regularly within Ireland and across the Hub North region
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy
