Senior Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a network of Cartier Boutiques and Watch Specialist Points of Sales in the Latin America and Caribbean network to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Achieve sell-out, market share, and sell-in objectives while monitoring KPIs and conducting regular network analysis.
• Develop and execute yearly strategic action plans with partners and boutique managers.
• Lead the "Retailization" of the External Partner Network in collaboration with Commercial Performance & Operations teams.
• Implement client-centric strategies and manage VIP client relationships and PR/CRM opportunities.
• Support recruitment, team development, and performance management for boutique teams and ambassadors.
• Ensure flawless brand image and visual merchandising standards across all supervised locations.
• Manage strategic market changes, including store openings, renovations, and relocations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or International Trade.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in international sales, retail, or marketing.
• 5-7 years of experience specifically within the luxury industry.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Experience working within the Latin America and Caribbean markets.
• Proficiency in French or Portuguese.
