Senior Architectural Technologist

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit and BIM
• Lead and manage BIM models, 3D coordination, schedules, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients throughout all project phases
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices and new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• 4-year PostGraduate Diploma with extensive experience is acceptable
• Solid experience as an Architectural Technologist, preferably on large-scale projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and cloud based BIM collaboration and document control
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows
• Experience working within large, multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven
