Senior Architectural Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation for architectural projects to ensure delivery meets client expectations
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships through effective account management
• Drive business development and networking efforts to grow the Auckland portfolio
• Coordinate complex integration of construction elements and various building disciplines
• Report directly to the Studio Leader regarding project progress and documentation quality

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• 10+ years of professional experience in commercial architecture
• High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Extensive experience across diverse building types and construction methods
• Proven ability to coordinate complex building disciplines and construction elements
• Current and clean driver's license
