Senior Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead all design phases for architectural projects and establish concepts
• Generate conceptual designs and master plans independently
• Participate in design presentations and charrettes
• Coordinate project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure efficient execution
• Provide leadership and mentorship to contributing designers
• Review design and technical drawings of junior designers
• Act as primary client liaison to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Work with Marketing to pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture (BArch/MArch)
• 10+ years of professional experience in hospitality, mixed-use, or residential projects
• Expert 3D modeling skills in Rhino and SketchUp
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in rendering software such as Enscape, Vray, or Lumion
• Strong space planning and building systems knowledge
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadlines
• Architectural license or eligibility for ARE preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of BIM or Parametric Design (Dynamo, Grasshopper)
• LEED Accredited Professional
• Domestic North America (USA) experience
