Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from early concept through to construction for immersive, themed entertainment projects
• Run structured design processes in alignment with recognized frameworks such as RIBA, AIA, or NZIA
• Collaborate closely with clients, creatives, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to achieve optimal design outcomes
• Lead technical delivery and manage construction administration
• Mentor and guide the architectural design team

Requirements

• 8+ years of architectural experience, specifically in large-scale commercial design
• Relevant architectural qualification and professional registration
• Proven experience working within RIBA, AIA, or NZIA frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all phases of design and delivery
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate creative concepts into physical spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in themed entertainment or experiential design
