Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from concept design through factory production and final site integration
• Develop project schedules and track deliverables
• Manage client requirements and touch points throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with pre-construction, DFMA, and Field Operations teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for third-party engineers and review consultant drawings
• Prepare and review project deliverables for modular and jurisdictional permit submissions
• Ensure compliance with state and local building codes
• Conduct factory and site inspections, including First Article reviews and punch lists
• Provide Construction Administration during Design Engineering, Factory Build, and Field Delivery
• Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in architectural practice or management
• 4+ years of direct construction-related experience (e.g., construction administration)
• Experience with construction types III and V
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM
• Experience with small-to-medium scale multifamily residential construction
• Significant experience with construction documentation and document control
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Architectural License (MA, CA, VT, NY, or Utah preferred)
• Experience in offsite, modular, or prefabricated construction
• Experience with light-frame wood construction
• Familiarity with manufacturing software (Onshape, SolidWorks, Inventor, or Catia)
• Experience with Bluebeam, Wrike, Google Suite, Notion, or Figma
