Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from concept to implementation
• Establish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Review, approve, and sign off architectural deliverables
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements
• Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, and reports
• Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, and façade disciplines
• Resolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplines
• Provide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings and material submittals
• Respond to RFIs and design clarifications
• Conduct site inspections and quality reviews
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to direct reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 8-10 years of professional architectural experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience specifically in housing projects
• Experience in residential projects and high-end finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
