Senior Architect Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage design works and conduct constructability reviews during various design stages
• Review design consultant submittals and ensure comments from previous reports or site modifications are incorporated
• Attend technical meetings with design consultants, sub-consultants, and the company team
• Review change requests and variations submitted by design consultants
• Review architectural drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure compliance with scope of work and contract requirements
• Evaluate proposed materials and suggest alternatives to improve quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Review tender documents for completeness and participate in the pre-qualification of construction contractors
• Coordinate with document controllers and QA/QC engineers to ensure proper discipline-related document control

Requirements

• BSc in Engineering or higher
• Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience
• Minimum of 12 years of specific experience in design and managing design works
• Proven expertise in service station design
