Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables
• Develop design documentation through design and construction phases
• Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project teams
• Identify, communicate, and document deviations in project scope
• Participate in the development and maintenance of existing and new client relationships
• Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects
• Recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in Arkansas within 60 days of hire
• 5-7 years of professional experience
• Exceptional Revit and Microsoft Office skills
• Proficiency with VantagePoint
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare, and Manufacturing facilities
