Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the integral planning process through to construction implementation
• Represent ATP to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Manage project costs and results
• Act as an interface between all specialist departments (structural, HVAC, electrical, etc.) and external planners
• Perform planning tasks within an integral team using Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Extensive professional experience in planning and project management of multidisciplinary large-scale projects
• Deep knowledge of German planning regulations, laws, and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
• Experience in team leadership and mentoring junior employees
• Strong awareness of deadlines, costs, and quality
