Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, complex projects through all phases of design and construction
• Provide strategic leadership in the Design/Build process, aligning design intent with constructability, schedule, and budget
• Establish and drive project vision, planning, and execution
• Mentor and develop team members through hands-on coaching and technical guidance
• Oversee the development of high-quality construction documents
• Collaborate with preconstruction and construction teams to identify value-driven solutions
• Foster strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Professional architectural degree with active KY licensure (or related degree with equivalent experience leading to US licensure)
• 10-15 years minimum experience in design and construction of New/Renovated healthcare facilities (Hospitals, ASCs, Emergency, Diagnostic Imaging, or Medical Office Buildings)
• Demonstrated experience leading projects as a Senior Project Architect or Project Manager from concept through construction administration
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (5+ years preferred) and working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Design-Build environment
