About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Arabic copy development across campaigns, social, digital, film, radio, and integrated brand work
- Turn briefs into strong concepts, big ideas, scripts, taglines, and impactful communication platforms
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Strategists, and Account teams
- Guide and mentor junior writers while raising overall creative standards
- Present ideas confidently internally and to clients
- Oversee copy during production stages, including shoots, voiceovers, and edits
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice across multiple brands
- Contribute strategic thinking during brainstorms and pitches
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a copywriter in creative or advertising agencies
- Based in Saudi Arabia or able to work within the Saudi market
- Native-level Arabic writing skills with command of Saudi dialects and modern standard Arabic
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking and scripts
- Ability to write for multiple tones including premium, retail, and corporate
- Strong conceptual thinking skills
- Good English understanding for briefs and collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major Saudi brands or regional clients
- Experience in integrated campaigns and production shoots
- Understanding of digital-first content and platform behavior
- Ability to mentor junior talent
