Responsibilities
- Perform eligibility verification and authorization processes
- Manage accounts receivable calling tasks
- Support medical billing workflows within the EST timezone
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in US medical billing
- Mandatory experience in eligibility verification and authorization
- Ability to work the India night shift (EST Zone)
- Strong English communication skills
