Senior Applied Machine Learning Developer

Responsibilities

• Accelerate applied research, model training, and inference
• Design and implement workflows for research experiments in simulated and real environments
• Develop datasets, tools, and libraries for model implementation and evaluation
• Establish, document, and maintain best practices for machine learning development workflows
• Adapt research prototypes into robust production-level tools and solutions
• Analyze client use cases to inform training strategies and identify edge cases

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of industrial experience designing complex ML pipelines on high-performance computing devices
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with task schedulers (Ray, SLURM)
• Mastery of containerization tools (gRPC, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and vector databases
• Experience developing ML products from scratch or research prototypes
