Responsibilities

• Apply deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and multimodal AI to build and optimize scalable machine learning solutions
• Work on cutting-edge AI models, contributing to research, prototyping, and deployment in production environments
• Partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
• Support and mentor junior scientists and engineers
• Contribute to machine learning best practices, including model architecture and deployment pipelines

Requirements

• PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of industry experience in deep learning-based NLP applications
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
• Proven ability to drive AI initiatives from research to production
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
