Senior Applied AI Researcher

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research programs using massively parallel agentic AI from formulation to production deployment.
• Drive breakthrough domain-specific model quality through multi-stage training pipelines and RL-based optimization.
• Architect agent-orchestrated pipelines for domain-specific data curation and large-scale training.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years as an AI/ML researcher with 2+ years building LLM-based systems.
• Deep expertise in model training pipelines and distributed training at scale (DeepSpeed, FSDP, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience adapting models to specialized domains with custom evaluation frameworks.
• Track record of moving research prototypes into production systems.
• Experience with knowledge graph construction or hybrid retrieval architectures.
