Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate end-to-end research programs using massively parallel agentic AI
• Drive breakthrough domain-specific model quality through multi-stage training pipelines and RL-based optimization
• Design and train multimodal systems, knowledge graph pipelines, and hybrid retrieval architectures
• Architect agent-orchestrated pipelines for domain-specific data curation and large-scale training
• Mentor AI Researchers on designing effective agent workflows
• Compress the research-to-production cycle by leveraging agentic CI/CD and automated evaluation
• Build knowledge systems and document findings for internal and external publication

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5+ years as an AI/ML researcher with shipped research artifacts
• 2+ years building LLM-based systems
• Experience running multi-stage training pipelines (pretraining, fine-tuning, post-training)
• Deep expertise in at least one area: domain-specific adaptation, multimodal learning, RLHF, knowledge-grounded generation, or RAG
• Hands-on experience with distributed training at scale (DeepSpeed, FSDP, Megatron-LM)
• Production-grade Python skills and clean software engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience adapting models to specialized domains with custom evaluation benchmarks
• Track record of moving research prototypes to production systems
• Practical experience with knowledge graph construction or structured reasoning systems
• Strong publication record in top-tier venues
• Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure (Kubernetes, GPU cluster management)
