Senior Applications Developer

Responsibilities

• Work with internal users to capture needs for new and enhanced applications
• Create and deploy new functionality using InterSystems products
• Document code and generate user documentation
• Collaborate with product developers to apply new InterSystems IRIS features
• Provide technical customer support and consultation regarding product installation
• Manage projects and drive multiple workflows to completion
• Support integrations with legacy systems and internal applications

Requirements

• Experience developing for Windows and Unix environments
• Competence in XML, XSL, SOAP, Web Services, eCommerce, HTML, and JavaScript
• Experience designing modern web applications based on REST and Angular
• Experience with Object Oriented design and development
• Familiarity with InterSystems IRIS, Caché, or Ensemble
• Experience contributing to the deployment of application-rich intranets or extranets

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or STEM field
• 4+ years of experience in a full stack development role
• Background in process improvement or project management
