Senior Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Building large-scale systems designed to handle high volumes of transactions
• Iterating from idea to final solution by shaping, building, testing, and measuring feature performance
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members through mentoring and knowledge-sharing
• Leading technical initiatives from architecture design to implementation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing large-scale applications
• Proficiency in PHP or Java (experience with Go, C#, or Python is valued)
• Proven experience leading architectural decisions and technical initiatives
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems simply
• Product-first approach to problem-solving and idea shaping
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and improving technical or business processes
