Senior Application Consultant - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between technology and marketing strategies by translating business objectives into technical requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success
• Drive adoption of Catalyst tools by configuring tailored end-to-end client experiences
• Streamline client operations through customized business rules and automations
• Implement new features according to provided specifications and designs
• Test configurations and newly developed features to ensure quality and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing applications
• Collect business requirements from marketers and translate them into technical specifications
• Build data audiences and manage segments while ensuring data integrity

Requirements

• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Deep understanding of Marketing Operations and advanced marketing automation setups
• Experience crafting and optimizing customer journeys and trigger-based marketing programs
• Strong JavaScript programming skills or similar for developing client-specific solutions
• Experience querying, validating, and using data for audience development and reporting
• Proven ability to adapt to diverse client processes and ways of working
