Senior Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform high-end appliance installations, specializing in professional-style built-in products such as ranges, refrigeration, wall ovens, and dishwashers.
• Handle the accurate installation of basic gas and electric household appliances including washers and dryers.
• Ensure all installed appliances are damage-free, fully functioning, and installed according to manufacturer specifications.
• Interact professionally and courteously with builders, designers, and residential or commercial customers.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as part of the delivery and installation process.
• Attend company-paid training seminars and certifications to stay current on product changes and custom installation techniques.
• Document detailed job notes clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in construction, kitchen, plumbing, or home appliance installation.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a for-hire endorsement.
• Must possess and maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift 70+ lbs frequently and 90+ lbs occasionally, with the assistance of lifting equipment.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn new technical processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and the ability to act as a resource for fellow installers and sales associates.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.
