Senior Appian Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop low-code applications within Appian and other low-code platforms
• Design and integrate complex applications to meet client requirements
• Analyze business problems and develop technological solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the identification of candidate processes suitable for automation
• Collaborate with the automation team to deliver solutions that address specific client needs
• Act as a trusted advisor by developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve consulting service offerings
• Conduct research and analysis to contribute to high-quality client deliverables

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience developing Appian solutions and applications
• Knowledge and experience with other low-code platforms such as Mendix or Outsystems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Classical programming and scripting experience with IT solutions, preferably .NET, C#, VBA, or Java
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
