Senior AP Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation projects, from business case development to deployment and optimization
• Promote a digital and automation-first mindset within the AP team
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices in accordance with SLAs
• Analyze, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies with internal and external resources
• Perform month-end closing tasks, including reconciling AP to GL accounts and analyzing aging items
• Identify opportunities to automate manual AP processes and reduce touchpoints using RPA, AI, or ML
• Liaise with procurement and finance teams to ensure clearing of Accounts Payable balances
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SOX controls
• Provide coaching and training to team members on AP processes and automation tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 10+ years of end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a large multinational organization
• Demonstrated experience leading or implementing AP automation or digital transformation projects
• Hands-on exposure to RPA tools, AI/OCR solutions, or workflow automation platforms
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and OpenText
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
