About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform proactive monitoring of business fraud risks through risk assessments, control testing, and vulnerability identification.
  • Conduct data analytics, data mining, and trend analysis to identify anomalies and suspicious activity.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) to support fraud detection and program effectiveness.
  • Investigate allegations of misconduct, including fraud, bribery, corruption, and conflicts of interest.
  • Support investigative activities through evidence gathering, documentation review, and witness interviews.
  • Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and Finance to support timely and effective investigations.
  • Track and manage corrective action plans to ensure remediation of identified control gaps.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to influence business practices and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, forensic analytics, compliance, or internal audit.
  • Proven experience performing data analytics, fraud monitoring, or investigative support.
  • Strong knowledge of fraud risk management, internal controls, and compliance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with high levels of professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or consumer products organization.
  • Familiarity with anti-corruption regulations, such as the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
  • Experience with forensic analytics, data visualization, or specialized monitoring tools.
  • Professional certifications such as CFE, CPA, CIA, or CCEP.
