Senior Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Android using Rust and Kotlin
• Take end-to-end ownership of mobile application development projects from scoping to delivery
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and responsiveness across various devices
• Master memory management, multithreading, and concurrency mechanisms
• Design for scalability, including data caching, network bandwidth, and server load
• Foster innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies

Requirements

• Proven experience developing Android applications using Kotlin
• Proficiency with Jetpack Compose and familiarity with Rust
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency in mobile environments
• Knowledge of memory management and scalability considerations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
