Senior Analytics - Regulatory Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead investigative, data-first work end to end to design tests and generate necessary data
• Own advanced data analysis including root-cause analysis and hypothesis testing
• Apply data science and statistical methods like anomaly detection and forecasting to automate regulatory decisions
• Leverage GenAI, LLMs, and modern AI tooling to accelerate analysis and automate manual work
• Work with large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and Scala
• Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like QuickSight and BigQuery
• Apply data architecture and modeling knowledge for analytical purposes
• Translate business, legal, and customer needs into quantitative metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
• Apply data governance fundamentals including data classification and quality monitoring

Requirements

• Strong analytical capacity and methodical problem-solving skills
• Advanced data analysis or data science experience with large transactional datasets
• Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python or Scala
• Passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Understanding of business dynamics between risks and opportunities
• Proactive, autonomous, and curious mindset
• Clear and effective communication in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Data engineering experience with Spark or MPP and orchestration tools
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Physics
• Experience taking machine learning or GenAI solutions to production
• Familiarity with KYC and AML regulatory topics
