Responsibilities

• Shape the end-to-end strategy for Preply’s Product Growth, including user acquisition, matching, and expansion.
• Define a long-term vision for Product Growth Analytics and foster a high-performing team environment.
• Translate tutor-learner dynamics into actionable product opportunities and insights.
• Champion cross-functional analytics initiatives and promote data literacy across the organization.
• Establish measurement frameworks to assess product impact and prioritize the roadmap.
• Partner with Data and Analytics Engineering to scale best practices in tracking, modeling, and experimentation.
• Lead the adoption of AI across the data function to ensure scalable, high-quality decision-making.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing Analytics or Data Science teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Individual Contributor.
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and align analytics with company objectives.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, experimentation platform design, and evaluation methodologies.
• Advanced technical skills in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with modern data stacks such as Amplitude, Looker, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to ROI and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketplaces or digital businesses (B2B, B2C, B2B2C).
• Experience in subscription-based business models or product growth teams.
