Senior Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end data management including collection, warehousing, and governance
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and testing
• Conduct advanced analysis using statistical techniques, AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Superset, or similar tools
• Provide actionable insights to growth, risk, CRM, and product teams
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies
• Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics from a Tier 1 college
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
