Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytics-ready data models using dbt
• Lead the development of greenfield analytics assets from raw ingestion to curated models
• Apply dimensional modelling and design patterns to ensure scalable architecture
• Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into data products
• Define and embed dbt standards, including testing, documentation, and naming conventions
• Improve developer experience through CI/CD patterns and modern workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering data products and visualizations using BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt (testing, documentation, macros, snapshots)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Domo and Snowflake
• Exposure to web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience in web analytics or statistical methodologies
• Knowledge of AWS and data science use cases
