Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and evolution of complex data models
• Develop and optimize sophisticated ETL/ELT pipelines within a multi-terabyte ecosystem
• Own and enhance the BI layer using Looker and LookML
• Provide technical leadership to optimize analytical workflows and data governance
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD and automated data quality monitoring
• Drive company-wide data strategies to support product growth and experimentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep understanding of data governance and modeling best practices
• Proven track record of delivering proactive, innovative data solutions
• Fluency in English (C1 level or above)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling data infrastructure in rapidly growing startups
• Advanced expertise with DBT, Looker, or Airflow
• Experience defining event taxonomies and KPIs
• Strong experience in AWS or Google Cloud ecosystems
