Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ingestion of demand plans into Databricks and Tableau
• Maintain and improve demand cascade logic from customer-level to retailer-level
• Manage unit conversions and product mappings across finished goods, cases, pallets, and materials
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks using Python and SQL
• Manage ingestion from retailer APIs, ERP systems (NetSuite), and Azure Blob Storage
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for financial pacing, forecast vs actuals, and supply chain scorecards
• Design clean, well-modeled datasets to support self-service analytics
• Set best practices for analytics engineering, documentation, and data quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or BI roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, DBT, Python, and Tableau
• Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably Databricks
• Experience supporting CPG, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics
• Experience with Azure and GCP (Blob Storage, Data Factory, or BigQuery)
• Experience with POS data, retailer APIs, and ERP systems like NetSuite
• Familiarity with MRP, demand planning, or inventory management concepts
• Experience operating at scale with high-volume datasets
