Senior Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the accuracy and reliability of core orders, revenue, and refunds models
• Configure and manage integrations with financial reporting tools like Netsuite
• Standardise reporting across multiple regions including UK, EU, AU, JP, and CA
• Work with the US Hims & Hers financial team to provide data for SEC reporting
• Build automated checks for data reliability, schema drift, and anomalies
• Model product COGs and services costs to build payback models for capital allocation
• Track and attribute marketing spend data from platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok
• Maintain end-to-end documentation of all reporting models

Requirements

• 6+ years in analytics engineering, financial, or commercial analytics
• Experience building and maintaining production data models
• Strong SQL skills, ideally in BigQuery
• Familiarity with dbt or similar transformation tools
• Understanding of financial concepts such as Revenue, CAC, Payback, and LTV
• Strong documentation habits and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing data for public market reporting
• Experience working with financial data from Stripe or Zip
• Exposure to ERP tools like Netsuite
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma
