Senior Analytics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic reporting and collateral monitoring activities to identify and evaluate ineligible collateral during the credit life cycle
• Review and prepare collateral reporting files and perform due diligence on various file formats
• Conduct trend analysis, exception report reviews, and root cause analysis to identify variations in collateral schedules
• Partner with technical processing teams, collateral analysts, and relationship managers to resolve reporting issues
• Support the effectiveness of the team by providing subject matter expertise and guidance to less experienced staff
• Update project logs and participate in research, tracking, and data gathering for various projects
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and decision-making within the role

Requirements

• 2+ years of analytics support and reporting administrative experience
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools and solutions responsibly
• Proficiency in data validation, cleaning, and visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex and nested formulas
• Knowledge of VBA for process automation
• Experience in exploratory data analysis and outlier identification
• Understanding of the credit life cycle, lines of credit, and collateral types
