Senior Analytical Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical strategy and delivery for Douyin and e-commerce innovation projects
• Define analytical and stability plans aligned with fast-paced commercial timelines
• Drive analytical workstreams to ensure critical project milestones are met
• Develop innovative, consumer-relevant testing to support product differentiation
• Interpret complex data to support product claims and resolve technical risks
• Translate scientific data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams and KOLs

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in analytical science, including method development, validation, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in techniques such as chromatography, dissolution, and physicochemical testing
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute analytical studies for product claims and performance evaluation
• Experience with regulatory-compliant testing and documentation (e.g., CNAS or equivalent quality systems)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex analytical data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting e-commerce or digital channel projects (e.g., Douyin, Tmall, JD)
• Expertise in science visualization for digital platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify scientific concepts for consumers
• Familiarity with competitor benchmarking and consumer-relevant testing approaches
