Senior Analyst/Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with supervising contractor personnel and managing site-specific workloads
• Serve as a liaison between the contractor and the government
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure work quality meets government requirements
• Perform research and analysis of myriad data sources to initiate leads
• Use digital and open-source methods to conduct research on matters of national security
• Identify trends, patterns, and relationships to address intelligence requirements
• Screen, prioritize, and develop leads on incoming cases
• Document research results and write detailed reports for dissemination
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all government policies and procedures

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain ICE suitability
• At least five years of experience in investigations, including social media, open-source research, targeting, and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of immigration and criminal justice laws, regulations, and policies
• Ability to supervise and lead a team under competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or recent experience providing open-source analytical support for DHS or other US Government clients
• Watch Center or similar threat monitoring experience
• Federal law enforcement experience
