Senior Analyst/Manager, Strategic Business Operations & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support commercial assessment, competitive intelligence, and concept evaluation across Flagship pipeline-building engagements.
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis by target, mechanism, modality, and indication using various platforms and databases.
• Build analytical models including value sizing, indication scoring, deal-comp benchmarking, and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop reusable frameworks, scoring methodologies, and decision-support tools to scale commercial insights.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for long-document synthesis and structured commercial analysis.
• Prepare and present high-level materials to Managing Directors, Partners, and ecosystem company leadership.
• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned workstreams within engagement timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a biological, quantitative, or business field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, equity research, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience or strong interest in the life sciences sector and the biopharma value chain.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for professional workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
