Senior Analyst/Manager – Salesforce Administrator

DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 11.9 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 80 renewable energy projects in 24 states.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Sitetracker (Salesforce platform), including objects, flows/workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
• Manage and enhance in-house business applications, ensuring reliable data flows, reporting, and user experience
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations (APIs, data pipelines) across Sitetracker, in-house business applications, and other enterprise systems
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms through monitoring, validation, and governance
• Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across platforms
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, integrations, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Applications, or platform support roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (objects, flows, security models, reporting)
• Salesforce certification is required
• Experience with Sitetracker or similar project/asset management platforms
• Proven experience with API-based integrations, Middlewares, REST APIs, and JSON
• Working knowledge of data pipelines and integration patterns
• Basic proficiency in SQL and/or Python
• Experience supporting in-house or custom-built business applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-driven environments
