Senior Analyst/Associate, DCM

Responsibilities

• Play a key role supporting origination, structuring, and deal execution within Debt Capital Markets
• Lead deal execution and act as a primary point of contact for industry groups, corporate executives, and investors
• Work with legal counsel to prepare documentation for new issue bonds, private credit, and convertible transactions
• Prepare offering memoranda, financial models, proposals, and client meeting materials
• Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence
• Assist in developing and cultivating client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier school with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• At least 3 years of investment banking experience
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 79 licenses completed
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and CapIQ
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Authorization to work full time in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in mathematics or computer programming
