Responsibilities

• Embed within specific business areas to build foundations for growth and scale objectives
• Define and implement core operating structures and working models in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Design decision-making frameworks, references, and models to support consistent execution
• Engineer efficient business processes to optimize throughput and ensure frictionless operations
• Scale the business by introducing and evolving world-class capabilities and tools

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience leading business operations, process improvement, or organizational design initiatives
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• Strong commitment to quality and delivering results that add tangible value to the business

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Previous experience in a consulting role
