Senior Analyst, Workforce Management Innovation & Optimization

Responsibilities

• Optimize staffing levels, forecasting, and scheduling through data analysis to enhance customer experience.
• Manage staff optimization levels and resource allocation by analyzing business volume and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate workforce management processes and governance.
• Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in workforce management processes.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve workforce management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement through analytics, process optimization, and operational execution.

Requirements

• Experience using Workforce Management (WFM) tools and data platforms such as Aspect.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud-based systems to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate insights, risks, and recommendations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, defect tracking, and post-implementation validation.
• Familiarity with change management practices, including documentation and process transition support.
• Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to work independently and manage priorities.
