Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of detailed project plans, including time, budget, resources, scope, and risks
• Manage project activities related to scheduling, communications, and financial budgeting
• Mitigate risks by balancing client expectations and taking early action to resolve problems
• Support the planning and delivery of projects within inter-disciplinary teams across acute and community care
• Engage with project sponsors and stakeholders to collect requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Apply change management and communication strategies to ensure successful digital health service adoption
• Oversee end-to-end low-to-moderately complex assignments with minimal supervision
• Lead small groups of analysts or students on assigned projects

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of Healthcare Project Management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management processes, including planning, implementation, and risk assessment
• Experience developing and executing communication and adoption plans, including stakeholder analysis
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Project Management or Change Management certifications
• Experience with the EPIC EMR system
• Clinical background
