Senior Analyst UKG Pro WFM

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM modules, including timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Conduct testing, including UAT and regression testing, to support system deployments
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, workflows, and data mapping
• Provide end-user training and ongoing technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure platform stability
• Partner with IT and external vendors to drive system performance and enhancements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with Time and Attendance systems
• Hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration
• Proven expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, accrual, and pay rule configuration
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process definition, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in testing methodologies (unit, UAT, and regression)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
