Senior Analyst, Treasury Credit and Collections

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports on customer performance, payment history, and credit line usage
• Support the preparation of weekly and monthly AR aging reports and quarter-end reporting
• Identify and research overdue accounts, analyzing trends and root causes in payment behavior
• Communicate with customers and internal sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• Coordinate with outside collection agencies regarding account status and updates
• Continuously review and enhance credit and collections processes to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting practices, and relevant regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a related role
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with BI reporting software and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to drive process efficiencies and document standard operating procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with management and external parties
