Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Prepare, quality assure, and process regular client rebate payments and reinvestment transactions within agreed timelines.
• Calculate and review both initial and renewal commission payments.
• Set up rebates in accordance with Terms of Business on core rebate systems.
• Ensure all related cash and fund movements are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Liaise with clients and brokers to resolve queries within agreed service levels.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and KPI reporting.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to India-based teams to ensure processing quality.
• Collaborate with the Manager and Group Projects team on client initiatives and enhancement projects.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of rebates and commissions processes.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues under pressure and tight deadlines.
• High level of numeracy with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general system navigation.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and associated processes.
• Understanding of operating within a regulated environment and associated compliance requirements.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
