Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality service experience by responding to investor queries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle complex or escalated cases, using strong judgment to drive resolution in line with departmental procedures.
• Complete tasks within agreed timelines, including quality control activities and outbound bank verification calls.
• Act as a mentor or buddy to new team members to help build their capability and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, simplify processes, and strengthen team workflows.
• Monitor client query trends and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Support the Team Leader in monitoring client-specific mailboxes and ensuring service level expectations are met.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer service, investor servicing, client operations, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle queries confidently.
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Experience in problem-solving and taking ownership of complex queries through to resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and mentor others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of client and investor servicing.
• Previous experience in fund administration or the broader financial services industry.
