Senior Analyst, Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, including financial due diligence and forecast reviews
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and boards
• Interact directly with client C-suite executives
• Identify negotiation factors for purchase price and deal structuring
• Assist with business development and the cultivation of long-term client relationships
• Work with junior team members to resolve project issues prior to Partner review
• Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a leading accounting firm, advisory firm, or investment bank
• Strong report writing, research, and financial modelling skills
• Advanced financial analytical capabilities
• CA, CFA, or similar professional qualification (or currently undertaking)
